Covid-19 policies: Due to covid 19 situation, there are some protocols to in-person lessons. 

Do not come in if you or your family members have ONE symptom of COVID-19. Please do a self-screening by following Ontario School Screening Questions here.

Three-layer Mask are to be worn at all time (If you forgot your mask, mask is available to purchase for $2.00 each), temperature check and hand sanitize upon arrival. Socks needs to be worn. There is no washroom use, please use washroom before coming to class. Parents are not allowed to come in. If student is not feeling well, please don’t come to lesson in person and lesson will be switch to remote online. If we see symptoms during lesson, I will contact parent to pick up immediately, student will wait outside of the house with me practicing social distancing and there will not be make up lessons in this situation. These are the rules set so far. We are still testings these implementation, the rules may change depending on how well it went.


Studio policies: It is a nut free environment.

Payments: There are NO REFUND and NO EXCHANGE. All lesson fee is due in advance prior to your first set of lesson. Payments can be made in cash or EMT. (8 lessons must be completed within 9 weeks after the start of first lesson) and is subject to availability. Late fee of $10 will apply if the payment is not received within 7 days of the first lesson of each package.

Lesson Cancellation: In case of genuine illness or emergencies, a lesson can be rescheduled (Doctor’s note may be required). Parent /Student must contact the teacher in order to receive a reschedule lesson. No refunds / rescheduling will be given to cancelled lessons without notice. There will be no make up for lessons cancelled or missed due to non-emergencies or foreseeable circumstances, such as scheduling conflicts and traffic. 

Please give at least 48 hours ahead if you need to be absent for your class to prevent any class charges.

Snow day policy: Piano lesson will not be cancelled on snow days, but can be converted into virtual lesson if school bus service is cancelled in the York region school board.
